Financial Operations Manager Role
The Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the finance function, accounting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and project profitability reporting.
* Manage cash flow and treasury, banking relationships strategically.
* Lead the annual audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Month-end close, AR/AP/Payroll/Bank reconciliations, balance sheet records/payment approvals are critical tasks.
* WIP reporting, variance analysis to budget on all projects, profitability reporting, and advising Directors is key.
* Tax compliance management for Revenue Online Services (ROS) is essential.
* Company secretarial duties include ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Manage company insurance, motor, pension, and other ad-hoc requirements effectively.
* Automate and digitize processes where possible to enhance efficiency.
