Job Description
What You'll Do:
* Play a key role in the
quarterly closing process
by preparing and analyzing financial data for
US GAAP and local GAAP/STAT ledgers
.
* Assist in the preparation of
global regulatory filings and financial statements
across the PartnerRe Group.
* Support
Corporation Tax and VAT/GST filings
for multiple entities.
* Contribute to the completion of
internal and external audits
.
* Work closely with
cross-functional teams
and support managers on key projects.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
* Part-Qualified Accountant
(ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a
bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
.
* At least
2 years' experience in financial services
(insurance, reinsurance, or finance industry preferred).
* Strong understanding of
multicurrency, multi-entity, and intercompany transactions
.
* Familiarity with
GAAP financial reporting, financial statement preparation, and ledger reconciliation
.
* Proficiency in
Excel and MS Office
.
