Role Overview
The Sales Administrator will provide vital support to the Sales and Commercial Teams by managing customer orders, maintaining accurate sales records, and ensuring effective communication between customers, production, and logistics.
This role is key to maintaining Shabra Group's reputation for excellent service and efficiency. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer orders accurately from receipt through to delivery.
* Maintain and update customer accounts, pricing information, and order documentation using CRM and ERP systems.
* Prepare quotations, order confirmations, and reports to support the Sales Manager and wider team.
* Liaise with the production and logistics departments to coordinate order schedules and ensure timely dispatch.
* Monitor stock availability and communicate updates to customers as required.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
* Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Support the organisation of customer visits, audits, and internal sales meetings.
* Uphold data accuracy and compliance with company procedures and policies.
Required Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
* Minimum of two years' experience in a sales administration or customer service role.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience using CRM or ERP systems to manage orders and client data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience within the plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of logistics coordination, order tracking, and inventory management processes.
* Experience working in a high-volume sales environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
