We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site operations for a complex pharma project involving demolition, strip-out, and high-spec fit-out phases.

* Coordinate all site activities and manage daily operations.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally within the pharma or industrial sectors.
* Strong background in demolition, strip-out, and fit-out projects.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage large teams and multiple contractors on site.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
