Role:As a Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in promoting Smart Reactors cutting-edge medical coating technologies. This position blends technical expertise with marketing strategy, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the market to engage key stakeholders, including medical device manufacturers, R&D teams, and industry leaders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to position Smart Reactors as a leader in the medical device coatings industry. Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the R&D and product development teams to create technical content, including whitepapers, case studies and presentations. Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Run extensive email campaigns using the latest tools including AI Build relationships with industry partners, trade associations, and regulatory bodies. Represent Smart Reactors at conferences, trade shows and networking events to enhance brand awareness. Analyse marketing performance data and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation. Proficient in Linked-in marketing campaigns and general outreach. Qualification & Experience Qualifications in Marketing/SEO or a related field essential. Strong SEO experience and execution Extensive knowledge in leading AI platforms and how to adapt. Website design and development experience 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or business development, preferably in the medical device, biomaterials, or coatings industry. Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
