Job Description Excellent opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of a well-established, privately owned Irish manufacturing, sales and distribution business, during an exciting time for the business with significant expansion plans. Reporting to the Finance Director, responsibilities will include: Management/coordination of the year end and statutory audit process, including preparation of group consolidated financials. Responsible for accounting queries across the Group and maintenance of accounting policies. Management of tax planning, including transfer pricing, group restructuring projects and acquisition integration. Treasury support, including processes and controls and liaison with banking partners. M&A assistance with M&A processes including DD and integration. Requirements for this Role Qualified accountant (0-1 year PQE) with Big 4/Top 10 background with industry audit experience preferable. Strong technical accounting experience. Commercial awareness and willingness/desire to take on additional responsibilities, etc (such as M&A).
