About the Role
We seek a Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin-based team. With a growing project pipeline, we require a technical specialist with strong design knowledge and BIM workflow understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple projects at different stages in their lifecycles
* Display technical design knowledge and BIM workflows
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients/contractors
Requirements:
* 7+ years of practice experience as an Architectural Technologist
* Irish Building Regulation knowledge, Irish planning policy, and relevant procurement methods
* Strong technical construction drawings and delivered projects portfolio
* Industrial project experience for data centre specific role
