Overview
Software Inside Sales Representative Benelux & Nordics role at One Identity/Quest (as described in the source). This position focuses on selling Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Benelux & Nordics region, targeting commercial accounts and new logos, with a channel-first sales approach.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Benelux & Nordics region.
* Create and execute a territory plan, including targeted account plans and strategic action plans.
* Develop the region quickly using past experiences and networks.
* Manage complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across business units with accurate forecasting.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within accounts to ensure cross-sell opportunities and partnerships.
* Understand customers’ business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure to develop tailored strategies through consultative selling.
* Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to define strategic action plans.
* Travel to customer, partner, and event locations as needed.
* Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets and objectives through a channel-first strategy; schedule 15–20 meetings per week; lead the sales process with internal resources.
* Analyze market and industry trends to identify growth opportunities; monitor account performance and provide regular reports; relay client needs to inform product development and marketing.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Sales Representative in data management, software, or IT.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
* Strong channel management experience.
* Fluent in English and Dutch.
Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
