This is a great opportunity for an experienced Building Inspector or Building Surveyor with experience in the Irish construction industry to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisation.
What's on Offer:
- €40,000 - €65,000 depending on experience

Your new role includes:
- Conducting detailed inspections of buildings and structures to assess their condition.
- Preparing and reviewing building condition reports and surveys.
- Advising clients on building regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors on renovation and construction projects.
- Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with Irish legislations and standards.
Experience you need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Building Surveying or Site Inspections.
- Alternatively, minimum 2 years' experience as an architect.
- Must hold a Building Surveying or Architectural Degree.
- Strong knowledge of the building regulations in the Irish market.
- Full Drivers Licence.
