Sales Development Manager
This is a dynamic, field-based role for someone who thrives on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and closing projects of varying sizes. The ideal candidate will be highly driven and target-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive sales performance and revenue growth.
* Identify, develop, and win new lift installation opportunities across all sectors.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, consistently progressing opportunities through the sales funnel.
* Meet agreed sales targets, activity KPIs, and customer expectations.
* Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose best-fit lift solutions.
* Build long-term relationships with key decision makers, including architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and facilities teams.
* Proven track record in target-driven B2B sales, ideally in technical, construction, engineering, or building services sectors.
* Strong customer-facing capability with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple opportunities, and meet deadlines.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
