Job Title: Environmental Worker Tidy Towns
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Environmental Worker in Ballymahon Town. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the local environment while gaining valuable work experience.
This role involves general tidyness of Ballymahon Town and surrounds, including grass/hedge cutting, painting and other ad hoc duties required for the general upkeep of the town.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas in Ballymahon Town and its surroundings.
* Carry out grass cutting and hedge trimming as required.
* Assist with painting and decorating projects in the town.
* Perform other tasks as directed by management to support the overall maintenance of the town.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 21 years old or over 18 years old if part of a disadvantaged group. You will also need to be in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
As this is a developmental opportunity, no prior experience is necessary. However, you must be willing to learn and take direction from management.
