Your new role
Accounts and Payroll Specialist with a strong accounting background and extensive experience using Sage. The role is responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll processing, and supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts in collaboration with commercial management.
Accounts & Bookkeeping
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date general ledgers
* Process and reconcile sales invoices, purchase invoices, receipts, and remittances
* Manage debtor and creditor ledgers, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution of queries
* Perform bank, control account, and balance sheet reconciliations
* Ensure all financial records are compliant, accurate, and audit‑ready
Payroll
* Aid in the processing of international payrolls accurately and on time.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
* Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliations
* Act as the point of contact for payroll queries from employees and external providers
Management Accounts & Reporting
* Liaise closely with commercial management to support the preparation of monthly management accounts
* Assist in producing financial reports, ledgers, and variance analysis
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews as required
* Sage daily/weekly logs and management
* Ledgers, reconciliations, audits, management accounts preparations
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong accounting background (qualified or qualified by experience)
* Proven expertise in Sage (essential)
* Solid experience in bookkeeping and ledger management
* Demonstrated experience with international payroll
* Strong reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work collaboratively with commercial and operational teams
* High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management

* Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
