We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Defined Benefit Pensions Administrator to join our team. As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex Defined Benefit pension schemes.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to support client interactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day scheme administration. This includes preparing annual benefit statements, trustee reports, and other scheme documentation.
You will also monitor and meet all statutory deadlines and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will liaise professionally with trustees, corporate clients, and scheme members to resolve queries.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 6 years' experience in DB pensions administration in a consultancy, broker, or insurer environment. You will also need to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling deadlines with ease.
