Job Description
As a Site Manager with Kilcawley Construction, you will oversee a full project team and associated subcontractors in the safe, timely execution of works.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising and monitoring site labour force and subcontractors.
* Ensure works are delivered in the safest manner possible, adhering to legislative requirements.
* Coordinate with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Services Coordinator to ensure timely information is provided to subcontractors and site personnel.
* Resolve technical difficulties arising from revised details or site situations.
* Ensure materials and work performed meet specifications and drawing requirements.
* Manage RFI and submittals processes on site.
Requirements
* Rlevant qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 7 years of experience in Construction Management, including project management experience.
* Experience with public works / RIAI contracts or similar.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to understand and create contractual requirements, scope objectives, and report effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective interaction at all levels.
* Strong leadership skills with mentoring experience of junior teams.
