The role involves providing trusted advice on complex employee relations matters and supporting the firm's commitment to a fair and inclusive workplace culture. This maternity cover position offers a varied and impactful experience, involving multiple stakeholder engagement, project leadership, and strategic influence within a leading professional services organization.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the business as a trusted advisor on HR best practices and compliance with relevant legislation.
* Offer expert advice and support to HR colleagues and people leaders on all employee relations matters.
* Manage a complex caseload from commencement to resolution, maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
* Liaise effectively with legal advisors, occupational health, and third-party hearing bodies as required to support case resolution.
* Conduct timely formal processes such as investigations, hearings, appeals produce clear, comprehensive outcome reports and communications.
* Keep all relevant parties and business stakeholders updated.
