Key Support Role
Our organization is currently seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the governance process of our Value Management Committee. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
The successful candidate will provide key administrative support to the committee, ensuring timely delivery of agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents. They will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication on committee requirements, processes, and outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
* Preparation and distribution of meeting materials, including agendas and supporting documentation.
* Co-ordination of committee meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
* Effective communication with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of committee requirements and outcomes.
Requirements:
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
