About this role: We're seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our team and work on complex, large-scale projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management, particularly within the rail industry. You'll be responsible for ensuring alignment and compliance with contract management standards, managing commercial relationships with contractors and consultants, and reviewing draft contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in contract management, administration, and NEC experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area, such as engineering, project management, or law, is required. Chartered status with SCSI/ RICS or equivalent is also desirable.
Key responsibilities:
