Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and meeting key performance indicators
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards
- Oversee daily store operations, including stock control and compliance
- Handle banking, store security, and opening/closing duties
- Step up as lead when the Store Manager is off-site
About You:
- 2+ years' experience in retail or customer service
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience essential
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about retail and customer experience
- Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts
