A Duty Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a store team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

* The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organised, and have the ability to use their own initiative and judgement where appropriate.
* They will also be responsible for ensuring company rules, policies, and procedures are adhered to, as well as managing timekeeping and attendance of team members.
* The successful candidate will be required to attend training or development programmes as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Customer Service:
o Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting each customer as if it's their first visit and delivering exceptional service.
* Store Operations:
o Oversee store operations, prioritise workload and delegate tasks appropriately.
* Employee Management:
o Manage employee performance, give regular feedback, recognition and encouragement.
o Deal with customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
o Ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Teamwork and Communication:
o Lead by example, encourage teamwork, a positive attitude and atmosphere in the workplace.
o Develop and promote good communication between employees and management in a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
* Time Management:
o Manage timekeeping and attendance of team members.
