Office Administrator
required for one of Ireland's largest Tier 1 Engineering Contractors to work out of their office in
Leixlip, Co.

The successful Administrator will be supporting the procurement team for projects in Ireland and across Europe.
Responsibilities
Process invoices, create service entries, and handle goods receipt notes.
Maintain databases, trackers, and action off-hire requests.
Notify relevant parties about pending documents and invoices.
Perform general office duties, including filing, typing, and photocopying.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Experience working for a construction or engineering company would be beneficial.
Experience using SAP would be beneficial.
Strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
Professional telephone manner and strong communication abilities.
