* Providing general administrative support as needed, including maintaining and updating files and records.

* Updating databases and utilizing Excel for data analysis.

* Cross-checking and verifying information to ensure accuracy.

* Communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role.

* Proficiency in minute taking and meeting scheduling/organizing.
