What You'll Do
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
* Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
* Honours bachelor's degree or a postgraduate conversion course accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland
* A minimum of 300 clinical hours post-master’s degree
* A minimum of 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
* Must hold a valid clinical licence
* Proficiency in English and your local language
* Experience with Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches:
- Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
* Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
* Supervision Requirement: One supervision session every two months
* Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
