Sales Advisor - 3 Phone and Lifestyle Store, Marshes Shopping Centre, Dundalk - 36 hours per week
A target-driven Sales role, in a fun and competitive team environment.
The successful applicant should have the availability to work on a variety of hours over a 7-day rota basis (Normally working 5 days per week)
Store operational hours are 9.15 am pm Mon-Weds and Saturday, with late evenings to 8.00 pm Thursday and Friday and 11.00 to 5 pm opening on Sundays.

The job in a Nutshell...The job holder will be a high performing, self-motivated and engaging member of a Sales Team; who constantly strives to improve both personal and store performance.
Our Sales Advisors are sharp thinking individuals who are passionate about driving sales, beating sales targets and of course wowing our customers, by delivering a superior customer experience.
This role involves engaging with customers who visit our store and also making outbound telephone calls to current / potential 3 Ireland customers to discuss and meet their requirements
As an integral member of the Sales Team, you will contribute to the stores success by offering handsets, tariff and lifestyle packages tailored to each individual customer needs.
You will always drive a great customer experience and commit to ensuring their full journey is a success. Each customer should experience a positive journey that they just won't forget
You will therefore adopt a customer centric approach and will be fully responsible for achieving and exceeding personal and store KPIs / targets
The Requirements are:
Essential
· Junior Cert or equivalent (including a pass in both Maths & English)
· Any proven experience in a customer facing or sales role.
OR
· Junior Cert or equivalent (including a pass in both Maths & English)

Desirable
· A minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferably incorporating direct sales.
