Job Description
M-CO is seeking a motivated project manager with 5+ years' experience in programme management to join our Change and Project Manager Team at Senior Project Manager level. The right candidate will have 2 years experience at Senior Project Management level, or 5 years relevant experience.

This role involves working on a large-scale infrastructure and healthcare programme management project. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic decision maker, capable of managing a complex programme on a project of significant public interest, reliable and accountable in their ways of working, highly organised in their self-management, and a clear communicator who works collaboratively with the team and the client.
The role offers substantial opportunity for growth and progression in M-CO, where you will hone your skills in programme management alongside senior decision-makers, as well as opportunities to contribute to wider company development across change management projects.

Hours: Full-time | Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

What you bring:
* Skilled in project delivery, PMO operations, change management, planning and controls, governance and reporting, change and risk management, and project delivery.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Exceptional time management, particularly around competing demands.
* Ability to work independently to deliver complex outputs.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Strong business acumen.
* Clear communicator, working well with the team and clients, with strong written and verbal skills.
* An enjoyment of working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team.
* Experience contributing to the development of corporate documents such as business cases, evaluation and data analysis and a working knowledge of research techniques are desirable.
What you'll be doing:
* Managing the delivery of a complex programme of work with competing priorities.
* Maintaining a good understanding of internal and external factors that can affect service delivery and a comprehensive knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
* Preparing strategic reports in the context of competing demands.
* Developing and delivering comprehensive and concise verbal or written communications and developing responses to queries related to projects, including FOIs, PQs, and Press Queries.
* Analysing reports and data using bespoke tools, to inform client briefings.
* Working with the team to ensure high-quality management and coordination of programme administration, while also identifying areas for improvements and practices for the team and clients.
* Maintaining high standards and attention to detail in all work
* Working on company business development and management as required.
