BoCo, Clontarf Pizza Restaurant requires a full-time Pizza Chef - Chef de Partie. 39 hours per week, €34k p/a.
2 years min. experience in wood fired pizza is essential. Dough making from Biga for contemporary Neapolitan pizza also essential.
Applicant must be fast, enthusiastic, clean, creative and friendly.
Must have good english, HACCP trained, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
