We are currently seeking a
Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Transformation team for a 15 month contract starting in October 2025.
Reporting to the finance manager, you will play a key role in shaping financial insight and supporting decision-making across the Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard Market Company. The role will provide exposure to senior leadership combining reporting, analysis, and business partnering in a very dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly and forecast volume performance dashboards compiling both qualitative and quantitative analysis from key stakeholders.
* Monitor and control SG&A costs ensuring accuracy of reporting and clear variance analysis.
* Act as Finance business partner for the Irish Distillers Market Company Directors in tracking their overheads, through month-end reviews and forecast to actively manage business risks and opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Group in line with deadlines.
* Help identify and deliver efficiencies and productivity initiatives in SG&A.
* Responsible for day-to-day, forecast time and beginning of year product costing and the review and investigation of variances from forecast, including management of purchase price variance accounts and customs and freight accrual accounts. Responsible for maintenance of Robotic Process Automation costing robot.
* Partner with Sales Directors and lead the financial modelling of Retail Joint Business Plans.
* Collaborate with the Transformation Team and the Irish Distillers Market Company to ensure continuous improvement across our processes and tools.
* Maintain robust controls to ensure the accuracy of reported financial and non-financial information.
* Provide information/explanations to internal and external auditors as required.
* Ad-hoc management reporting/analysis/projects as required.
* Provide Finance training as required to the Irish Distillers Market Company team.

* Excellent presentation skills.
* Proficient in MS Office; Excel is essential, Power BI.
Qualifications and experience:
* Relevant third level qualification in Commerce/Accounting/Business.
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant with 3 years PQE experience.
* Experience Database management. Ideally Hyperion Essbase.
* Experience of SAP or another ERP.
* Experience of Power BI or similar visualisation software
