Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Professional


We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities



1. Developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, as well as variance analysis to identify areas for improvement;

2. Analyzing financial data, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, regional performance assessments, contracts pricing and wage analysis;

3. Preparing in-depth analyses and reports on financial data to monitor progress against targets;

4. Collaborating with management to develop branch and area office reporting requirements and metrics;

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
• Five+ years experience in FP&A role with multiple business lines (operations environment);
• Super user knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel,, PowerPoint, aNd oNeNoTe), Power BI preferred;
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret instructions furnished in written form
