SuccessFactors Integration & HRIS ManagerContract:12-Month Fixed TermWorking Model:Hybrid (2–3 days onsite weekly)About the RoleWe are seeking an experiencedSuccessFactors Integration & HRIS Managerto lead the ongoing configuration, optimisation, and integration of our global HR technology landscape.This role is ideal for someone who combines a deep technical understanding ofSAP SuccessFactors(Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation modules) with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis skills.You will oversee integrations across our HR ecosystem, manage small internal and offshore teams, and ensure the continued efficiency and reliability of all HR system processes and data flows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise the global SAP SuccessFactors environment, ensuring robust integration and functionality across modules.Deliver HR system enhancements and upgrades — from requirements gathering to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.Proactively monitor and troubleshoot system issues affecting performance or data integrity.Manage integrations with third-party HR applications (e.g., global mobility, learning, service delivery).Partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to implement configuration changes and system improvements.Lead or contribute to HR transformation projects, ensuring alignment with global processes and governance standards.Support SuccessFactors release cycles, regression testing, and documentation of system configuration.Oversee and mentor direct reports and offshore technical support teams.Ensure compliance with data privacy (GDPR) and internal change management protocols.Ideal Candidate Profile5+ years' experience in HRIS / SuccessFactors administration or project delivery in a complex, global organisation.Proven success managing SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., with payroll, ServiceNow, or other third-party systems).Strong hands-on experience in one or more modules: Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Onboarding, or Compensation.Solid understanding of data governance, testing, release management, and configuration controls.Track record in leading or contributing to end-to-end HR technology projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and user experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or Assignment Pro is advantageous.Knowledge of GDPR and global data protection standards.What's on Offer12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or permanent opportunities.Hybrid working modelOpportunity to work on global HR transformation initiatives using cutting-edge HR technology.Collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement.
