Responsibilities: - Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service - Lead and motivate our front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service - Manage table assignments - Monitor and control labour costs, inventory, and supplies - Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and menu execution - Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner - Participate in staff training and development programs - Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - The General manager would ideally have a proven record in a similar role - Success in leading teams and driving sales growth - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong knowledge of food, wine, and customer service standards - Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for professional growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment - Meal discounts and staff perks Work Location: In person Benefits: Company Events Employee Discount
