Job Summary
Lead generation and business development professional responsible for expanding client base, managing client relationships, delivering tailored sales presentations, coordinating project execution, and consistently exceeding sales targets within the Interior Design industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic networking, referrals, and outreach to expand the company’s client portfolio
Analyze clients’ design needs and deliver professional consultation to build strong, long-term client relationships that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to clients’ project requirements and budget constraints
Collaborate with design and operations teams to coordinate project handover and ensure successful execution from concept through completion
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high service standards and protecting brand reputation
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Interior Design (ID) industry
Prior experience in an Interior Design company is mandatory
Strong sales track record demonstrating ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets consistently
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively engage diverse clients, reflecting client communication needs
