Job Summary
Lidl Ireland's Deputy Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the store team, this individual will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and lead by example to motivate and develop the store team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring seamless store performance.
* Lead and develop the store team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Maintain shop floor presentation, guaranteeing an inviting atmosphere for customers.
* Oversee stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory at all times.
* Provide top-notch customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements:
* Completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in management within a fast-paced environment.
* Full driving license.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
