Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager, EU & UK SMB Risk, you'll lead a team of risk professionals in driving acquisition strategies that support SMB growth across multiple European countries.
This role reports to our Director of Global SMB Onboarding Risk Management and is part of our Global Risk Management organization. You'll work closely with business leaders, product teams, and engineering to develop and execute the acquisition risk management roadmap.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of global risk professionals in developing and executing European acquisition strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth while meeting critical objectives.
* Develop a framework for managing different risks and execute strategies to optimize trade-offs between risk and rewards.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in financial technology, banking, or payments with deep expertise in managing data-based strategies to separate fraud and credit risks.
* Strong knowledge in data analytics to extract, analyze, and transform data into risk strategy recommendations.
* Experience managing consumer or Small Medium Business (SMB) acquisition fraud and credit risk in the European markets.
