Head of Sales
to lead growth, maximise occupancy, and strengthen relationships across a portfolio of high-quality workspace locations in Ireland.

About the Role
The Head of Sales will:
* Lead the full sales function across multiple locations
* Drive occupancy, membership sales, private office agreements, and larger enterprise deals
* Build and nurture relationships with brokers, corporate clients, and relocation partners
* Create and execute sales strategies that deliver revenue growth
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior leadership
* Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on leadership.
Ideal Candidate
You will bring:
* 5+ years' experience
in a senior sales role
* Background in
hospitality, real estate, flexible workspace, serviced offices, or premium customer service industries
* A proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
* Experience leading and motivating a sales team
* Commercial acumen and client-focused mindset
