Professional services firm based in Dublin 2 are seeking a HR Generalist for a 12 month maternity leave contract. The position is based 2/3 days onsite with full benefits on offer. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR point of contact for various departments Undertake payroll preparation and leave management Support Management on various HR projects and initiatives Provide HR advisory services and coaching to people managers. Key Skills and Requirements Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience in a professional services environment. Demonstrated experience in employee relations and HR operations. Strong ability to build partnerships with senior stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written skills for effective interaction. Ability to analyse complex situations and make informed recommendations.
