Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care which meet the individual needs of each resident by adhering to home policies and best clinical practices.
* Work collaboratively with staff members in all areas to maintain standards.
* Routine assessment reviews regarding pressure sores/sustained falls/clinically unwell residents through documentation strategies ensure appropriate management plans are implemented.
* Troubleshoot ongoing clinical/non-clinical issues escalating where necessary to the Director of Nursing while supervising medication administration/compliance by nursing personnel including ordering stock compiling inventory reviewing audits improving standards liaising GPs/pharmacy respectively.
