Remote IT Technician
to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations across our systems and users.
What You'll Do:
Provide remote support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Diagnose incidents and deliver timely, effective solutions
Install, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and tools
Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account management
Monitor system performance and ensure security best practices
Document technical processes, solutions, and incident details
Collaborate with IT teams on improvements, upgrades, and system rollouts
Ensure strong communication and customer-focused support
What You Bring:
1–3 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
Understanding of networking fundamentals, security basics, and system management
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus
