Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and guide the kitchen team during service, ensuring seamless operations
* Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
* Develop and implement creative menu ideas in collaboration with the Head Chef
* Oversee ordering, stock rotation, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
* Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Closely collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to deliver exceptional catering services
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment
* Valid work permit and supporting documentation
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and direct the team
