Job Summary:
A highly skilled Network Operations Engineer II will be responsible for the advanced troubleshooting, fault isolation, and incident escalation within a globally distributed IP and Optical network.
This individual must have expertise in network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and operational support. They will operate and troubleshoot a globally based Optical network, perform fault isolation on Layer 0 issues, manage tickets with field resources to ensure the issue is cleared. The successful candidate should provide clear communication with stakeholders during critical events.
