The Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Consultant with over 5 years experience to support one of our high-profile fin-tech clients. This role is ideal for a legal professional with strong SaaS, technology, and commercial contracting experience, and a track record of delivering pragmatic, business-focused advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on SaaS agreements, licensing, cloud services, and related technology contracts.
* Advise on contract lifecycle management, risk allocation, and compliance matters.
* Partner with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, operations, and product teams, to ensure contracts meet business objectives while mitigating legal risk.
* Support on template development and process improvement for contracting operations.
* Provide practical, solution-oriented legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of commercial legal experience.
* Strong experience with SaaS contracts and technology-related agreements.
* Proven ability to manage multiple contracting projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
* Commercial mindset and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Experience in a fast-moving tech or SaaS business preferred.
