Operations & Admin Coordinator - Wicklow Our client, A growing audio-visual systems integrator based in Wicklow, delivering technical solutions across Ireland is looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Admin Support Coordinator to join their team. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations, logistics, and client services running smoothly, while supporting multiple internal teams. Schedule Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm What's on offer: Salary up to €40k DOE Company pension Career growth in a dynamic AV integration business Company Pension The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in admin or operations support Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP, Zendesk, and CRM tools Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently. Background in a technical or service-based environment is a plus. Duties: System & Financial Admin: Manage stock, purchase orders, and invoicing using SAP; assist with reconciliations and finance queries. Client Support: Respond to service requests via Zendesk, prepare quotes, coordinate scheduled works, and maintain accurate service records. Logistics & Stock: Assist with stock control, warehouse coordination, and engineer travel bookings. CRM & Admin Projects: Maintain CRM data, prepare client documentation, and support general business communications. Office Admin: Manage supplies, vehicle records, incoming calls, and general admin tasks.
