A receptionist to assist with a busy reception area and provide administration support to certain areas of the business. This position will require weekend work.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the reception desk on a day-to-day basis
* Register incoming flights with the local authorities.
* Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
* Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining a visitor log
* Answering the switchboard and providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information
* Issuing invoices for arriving aircraft and collecting payments
Requirements:
* Well presented
* Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English
* A minimum of 3 years of reception experience
* Professional and personable manner
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Confidence to deal with senior management in a professional manner
