Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates will be key to your success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment agency or TA role with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Excellent knowledge of recruiting Sales / Marketing /Customer Operations professionals.
* Ambitious, self-motivated individual with high personal standards and expectations.
* Inquisitive nature with the ability to listen actively to clients and candidates.
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

* A base salary of €38k.
* A highly competitive commission structure with an OTE of €61k - €65k (uncapped).
