Réalta Technologies are currently searching for an MES Engineer to support a Pharmaceutical client of ours based in Dublin. This role will play a key part in the design, assessment, testing, and rollout of standardised MBR/GMBR solutions, working closely with both global and site-based stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a global PAS-X MBR standardisation project across Drug Product manufacturing sites.Perform MBR/GMBR assessments, design reviews, and configuration checks in line with global standards.Execute dry runs and testing activities for new MBR/GMBR solutions prior to site deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, and Global MES teams.Provide technical input into design decisions, best practices, and standard templates.Support sites during rollout phases, including limited on-site engagement as required (approx. once per month).Ensure solutions align with GMP, data integrity, and site-specific requirements.
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience as a PAS-X MES Engineer within a GMP manufacturing environment.Proven experience in MBR/GMBR design, configuration, and testing.Solid understanding of MES deployment in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally Drug Product.Experience supporting global or multi-site MES programmes is highly desirable.
Experience or knowledge of integration and interface-based MES functions (e.g. interfaces to ERP, historians, equipment systems).
Exposure to standardisation or template-driven MES programmes.
