Job Description:
As a Support Worker, you will work directly with young people seeking international protection, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to thrive.
Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks, encouraging independence, and promoting social skills.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to relevant authorities.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Social Care (minimum level 7)
* Previous experience working with vulnerable groups or in a similar setting
* Minimum 6 months' experience working in the social care sector (placement experience considered)
* Full clean driver's license preferred
* Knowledge of HIQA standards
Flexible working arrangements are required, including evening, night, weekend shifts.
