Job Title: Membership Administrator – 6-month Contract (30 Hrs/wk)
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Membership Administrator. The role involves processing membership applications, managing queries from existing members and potential new recruits, and collaborating with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, strong IT capabilities including proficiency in software programs used by the organization.
We are looking for someone who has achieved QQI Level 5 Certificate in Administration or equivalent qualification. A proactive approach to work alongside problem-solving abilities would be beneficial within this role.
A competitive salary of €12, 689€is offered along with access to pension scheme.

• Respond effectively to member inquiries through email/phone/or face-to-face interaction supporting first level support requests appropriately
