Job Title: HR Business Partner
Cpl is hiring a dynamic HR Business Partner for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing client.
About the Role:
* Collaborate with site leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and future talent needs.
* Lead workforce planning and partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent.
* Launch initiatives that boost employee morale, foster inclusivity, and enhance workplace culture.
* Guide performance management, identify training needs, and support career development across the site.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, ensuring policies and practices are legally sound and people-focused.
* Work with HR service teams to deliver seamless onboarding, benefits support, and day-to-day HR processes.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in progressive HR roles.
* Familiarity with Irish employment laws is essential.
* Experience in an FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is required.
* Able to work on-site 5 days a week.
