Role Description
As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's contact center technology. You will collaborate with a talented squad, define product visions, and ensure that services are stable, scalable, and supported. Experience, Skills & Education
What You Bring:
Experience: Extensive - in product management, systems development, or project/product management, with a strong grasp of contact center technologies.
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred; contact center management experience is a plus
Agile Expertise: Familiarity with agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Data-Driven Approach: You leverage data to understand client needs and translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
