Administrative Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and proficiency in MS Office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.
* Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence effectively.
* Provide support to the office team by undertaking a range of administrative tasks.
* Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning and database management.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars where required.
* Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
* A professional, friendly and positive attitude with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
