We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

* Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
* Oversee contractual and legal aspects of projects, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance;
* Liaise with clients and design teams, fostering strong relationships and effective communication;
* Administer contract records and documentation, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information;
* Produce monthly cost reports (JCRs/JCSs), providing insightful analysis and recommendations;
* Attend project handover and contract review meetings, ensuring smooth transitions and collaborative problem-solving;
* Manage cash flow reporting and collections, optimizing financial performance and minimizing risk;
* Identify risks and prepare risk management plans, proactively addressing potential issues and ensuring project success;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and professional teams, delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, demonstrating academic excellence and relevant knowledge;
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within the Irish Construction Market, showcasing industry expertise and practical skills;
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software, leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness;
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
