About the Role: Looking for a motivated Product Marketing Specialist to join the Chronic Disease team in Healthcare BU, the ideal candidate will be able to operate tactically on specific opportunities and help form the strategic go-to-market plan for the Chronic Disease product lines across multiple TG centers working collaboratively and high energy.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the diabetes segment as they apply to the technology developments of ADI. Participate in trade shows and industry eco system events to track trends in the industry and look for ways to engage customers, partnerships and alliances and publish internally. Track medical compliance needs for customers who are in our market sector, monitoring CPT codes now and in the future and advise how they might impact our business.
Benchmarking: Create and publish dash boards that track Chronic Disease product developments against lead customer programs showing changes or risk to success. Connect MSD and PLE systems and make a simple creative visual tracking system and communicate to stake holders as we grow the business.
Content Creation: Develop customer facing and internal facing presentations that articulate the Chronic Disease teams value proposition. For internal material keep Hyperion populated updated for Sales teams in broad market and VBU Sales channel to use. Ensure the presentations have the same look and feel from different TG's and comply with ADI policies. Create external content and presence that will position ADI in its leadership position addressing Chronic Diseases, content such as published articles, web site content, speaking engagements and webinars to be supported. Look to connect ADI Healthcare team to the external world as part of this process.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the development teams to track NPI product development and match the activity to actual customer programs. Ensure customer needs are represented to the development teams and vice versa.
Sales Forecasting: Utilize data-driven insights to forecast sales performance of the Chronic Disease product line, co-operate with the team on the 5 year revenue plan development.
Business Management: Create a system to track Chronic Disease customer quotes and follow up on previous quotes tracking success rate or trends. Monitor product line margin and communicate results to the team.
Product Ownership: Become and be known as the "owner" and go to person for a specific product category in Chronic Disease's by working with development, Sales and NPI teams.
Essential Qualifications:
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Motivated and able to work on projects in isolation and work on many projects in parallel.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and departments.
Nice to have Qualifications:
* Proven experience in healthcare sales or customers.
* Strategic planning and execution capabilities.
